Office Administrator
We are a very busy events production company who are looking for an experienced office administrator. You will be responsible for a number of administration duties, including but not limited to the following:

- General Office administration. The role of the Office Administrator is broad and is primarily to provide specific administrative support to the Company Director and MMP staff.,
- Executive Assistant to the Company Director. Act as the point of contact between the Director and external clients.
- Computers and IT. The role will oversee all of Moon Mother’s computer maintenance and programming.
- Client Liaison. Utilising their excellent customer service skills, will assist the Business Development Manager and Directress with all client/customer correspondence when required.
This role requires the following skills:

- The ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time and workload efficiently
- Meticulous detail in all aspects of job performance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure in a sometimes testing and timetable-
driven environment.
Maximum of three days a week.
Mobile Stage Technicians & Boss
We are currently looking for experienced freelance Mobile Stage Technicians and a Stage Boss. We require people with skills based in stage building, rigging and truck driving to work with a small team on our upcoming events in Victoria and NSW. Early mornings and late working hours along with weekend work required. Hours will be casual to start, with the prospect of contracted long-term employment with a small team, dedicated to excellence in the event industry. Ideal candidates must show initiative, have a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. You must have:

- Self-motivation and able to manage workload and crew.
- High standard of personal presentation.

- The ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines.

- Current Australian Driving License is essential. MR or HR license or truck driving and towing experience desirable.
- EWP, basic rigging, and other qualifications desirable as is a mechanical aptitude.
Rate is negotiable based on experience and will be discussed at time of interview. Candidates must be available weekends.
Live Event Technicians
We have several vacancies for creative, outgoing, vibrant technicians and multi-skilled event workers to join our team at Moon Mother Productions based in Geelong, Victoria. We have events all over Melbourne and regional Victoria, and some interstate gigs. Currently seeking several technicians to join our fast-growing team.
LIVE Audio engineer (Junior and senior positions). Please note we are only interested in people with live experience, we do not need studio technicians.
